Description

An early 20th century amethyst and diamond heart pendant, the heart-shaped cabochon-cut amethyst measuring approximately 2.8×2.5 cm, inlaid with three old brilliant-cut diamonds estimated to weigh 0.65 carats in total and embellished with small rose-cut diamonds, and a diamond-set surmount, to a hinged pendant loop, all millegrain-set in a platinum mount, circa 1915, measuring approximately 4.5×2.5 cm, gross weight 11.3 grams.
