A pair of Belle Époque mother of pearl and diamond cufflinks, each face with a concave grey mother of pearl button surrounded by small rose-cut diamonds in a fine cut-down setting and diamond-set crossed thread-like centre, the diamonds set in silver with yellow gold back and gold chain, bearing French 18ct gold marks and indistinct maker’s mark, circa 1900, measuring 1.4cm in diameter, gross weight 8 grams.

An elegant pair of Belle Époque mother of pearl and diamond cufflinks. Each cufflink features a concave grey mother of pearl button surrounded by small rose-cut diamonds and a pair of cross threads-like at the centre of the buttons also made with diamonds. These diamonds are meticulously set in silver to enhance their shimmer. This beautiful piece exemplifies the sophistication and elegance of the Belle Époque Era.
