An Edwardian natural pearl and diamond necklace, eight knife-edge links graduating in width from the centre alternately set with old European-cut diamonds, suspending three swags of foliate design embellished with small rose-cut diamonds, the four pearls each measuring approximately 4.3-4.5 mm accompanied by GCS report stating to be natural of saltwater origin, each pearl with a small diamond-set collet top on a knife edge stem suspended from the centre of each swag, the diamonds estimated to weigh 2 carat in total, all millegrain-set in platinum mount and suspended from a gold fine round link chain with a cylindrical clasp, circa 1910, the jewelled part measuring approximately 12.5 x 4 cm, the chain measuring 41 cm in total, gross weight 17.4 grams, accompanied by original fitted case by Mappin & Webb.
