A vintage diamond and ruby ring, to the central row four round brilliant cut diamonds set with three square-cut faceted rubies in between, the rubies estimated to weigh approximately ½ carat in total, all set between two rows of baguette-cut diamonds, the diamonds estimated to weigh approximately 1 carat in total, all mounted in yellow gold with tapering shank, circa 1990, later hallmarked 18ct gold, London, bearing the Bentley & Skinner sponsormark, measuring 2.1 x 0.8cm, finger size O½, gross weight 4.9grams.
