A marvellous ladybird brooch. This whimsical brooch which depicts a lovely ladybird is rendered in bright yellow gold and decorated with twinkling diamonds and midnight blue sapphire cabochons. The wings are articulated and open to reveal a sapphire-embellished body and the eyes are set with bright red rubies. Realistically carved and sculptural, this gem-set symbol of good luck would look wonderful worn on a navy-blue jacket lapel, moving gently as if ready to fly off.
