A Victorian diamond-set heart pendant/brooch, centrally-set with an old European-cut diamond estimated to weigh 0.4 carats, surrounded by fifty smaller old European-cut diamonds and suspended by detachable a diamond-set pendant loop, the smaller diamonds estimated to weigh a further total of 2 & ½ carats, all mounted in silver to gold back with glass locket compartment at the back and detachable gold brooch fittings, circa 1880, measuring 2.5 x 2cm, gross weight 7.1 grams.
